Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 17, 2026
MaleCheck is an AI-powered style and grooming assessment service. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may not submit to or do with the Service. It applies to all input (answers, text, and photos) and to the AI-generated output (reports and recommendations).
1. Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to submit, generate, or distribute any of the following:
- Sexual or explicit content (NSFW): adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise obscene material, including nudity of a sexual nature.
- Violence and gore: content that depicts, glorifies, or promotes violence, bloodshed, self-harm, or harm to any person.
- Hate speech: content that attacks, demeans, or discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
- Child safety: any content involving minors in sexualized, exploitative, or abusive contexts (CSAM), or any other violation of child protection laws.
- Deepfakes and impersonation: AI-synthesized or manipulated media that impersonates a real person or misleads viewers about a person's identity or the authenticity of content — including uploading photos of someone else without their permission.
- Intellectual property infringement: content that infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property or privacy rights.
You also may not use the Service to generate unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content, to attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the Service's limits, or to train or develop competing AI or machine-learning models using the Service's inputs or outputs.
2. Enforcement
All input is screened by automated content moderation before processing. Prohibited content is rejected automatically. If we become aware of a violation, we may, depending on severity:
- Reject the submission and block further input;
- Suspend or terminate your access to the Service; and/or
- Delete any generated content, without refund except where required by law.
3. Reporting violations
If you believe someone is violating this policy, or if you believe content generated by the Service violates this policy or your rights, please report it to laxe0045@gmail.com. Include the date, a description of the content, and any order or report identifier if you have one. We review reports and take action (including content removal and account action) as appropriate. We may not be able to respond to every report individually, but we read and act on all of them.
4. Moderation and appeals
We use a combination of automated content moderation and human review. If you believe your content was rejected in error, you may appeal by emailing laxe0045@gmail.com with a description of the submission and why you believe it complies with this policy.
5. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
