1. Introduction and acceptance of these Terms

MaleCheck ("we", "us", "our") is a personal style and grooming assessment service operated by Liang Zhixuan (梁智轩), an individual / sole trader operating under the laws of the People's Republic of China. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered service, available at https://resumesolved.com (the "Service").

By using the Service — including taking the free assessment, purchasing the Complete Transformation Plan, or otherwise accessing the Service — you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years old; (b) have read, understood, and agree to these Terms; and (c) agree to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. The Service

The Service provides an AI-powered style and grooming assessment for men. It includes a free assessment and an optional one-time paid product, the Complete Transformation Plan (US $19.99 or the price displayed at checkout). The Service is a digital product: access is granted immediately after payment is confirmed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

4. Free assessment

The free assessment is limited to one use per person. We may enforce this limit using technical measures (including rate limiting and hashed identifiers). Attempting to bypass it (for example, by automated scripts) may result in loss of access.

5. Payments, taxes, and refunds

The Complete Transformation Plan is a one-time payment of US $19.99 (or the price displayed at checkout). Payments are processed by our payment provider, Waffo Pancake, a PCI-DSS compliant merchant of record. Card details are handled exclusively by Waffo Pancake and are never stored on our servers. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Waffo Pancake in accordance with the laws that apply to your billing address.

Because the Service is delivered instantly as a digital product, we offer a goodwill refund window: if the plan does not help you, email laxe0045@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights (including withdrawal rights, where applicable) under the laws of your country of residence.

6. AI-generated content and model disclosure

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate your assessment and recommendations. Currently used models: OpenAI GPT-4o-mini for both text-based analysis and photo analysis. We may update the models we use from time to time; any change will be reflected on this page.

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. It is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice. The Service provides style and grooming guidance only. It is not medical, dermatological, cosmetic-procedure, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a dating or matchmaking service. Do not rely on it for decisions about your health or appearance without consulting a qualified professional. Results vary from person to person, and we make no guarantee about any specific outcome, including social or romantic results.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to submit or generate content that:

• Is adult, explicit, sexual, or pornographic (NSFW) content, or otherwise violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Depicts or promotes violence, gore, or harm to any person.
• Contains hate speech or content that discriminates against or demeans any group.
• Involves minors in any sexualized or inappropriate context, or violates child protection laws.
• Is a deepfake or impersonates another real person, including uploading photos of someone else without their permission.
• Infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent, or that abuses, overloads, or circumvents the Service's limits.
• Resells, scrapes, or redistributes reports without permission.

You also agree not to use the Service's inputs, outputs, or derived data to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or develop any competing AI or machine-learning model, and not to present AI-generated content as the work of a licensed human professional (such as a doctor, lawyer, or financial adviser).

We may refuse service, block content, or terminate access for violations, without refund except where required by law. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details, including how to report violations.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the answers and photos you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them solely to operate the Service (including sharing them with the AI processing providers described in our Privacy Policy). We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, and software, is owned by MaleCheck. Reports generated for you are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

10. Billing disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at laxe0045@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We will respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors promptly.

11. Data, privacy, and security

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is handled exclusively by Waffo Pancake and is never stored on our servers.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of AI output. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that recommendations will produce specific results.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaleCheck is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Before initiating any formal proceeding, please contact us at laxe0045@gmail.com to attempt an informal resolution.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
