1. Who we are

MaleCheck is a personal styling and lookbook delivery service operated by Liang Zhixuan (梁智轩), an individual / sole trader operating under the laws of the People's Republic of China. 2. What we collect

• Consultation details: the details you provide in a consultation request (age range, body type, face shape, hair type, skin tone, style goal, and similar). These are used only to build your personal lookbook.
• Email address: you may provide an email so we can reply to your consultation or deliver your lookbook.
• Contact method (optional, paid plan): after purchase you may choose to provide an Instagram handle or WhatsApp number so Kail can deliver your lookbook and answer follow-up questions.
• Photos (optional): you may send photos so your stylist can assess your face shape, hair, skin tone, body type, and current style. Photos are used only for that purpose.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider, Waffo Pancake. We do not store your full card details.
• Basic usage data: we may use analytics to understand how the Service is used and to prevent abuse.

3. How we use your information

• To build your personal style lookbook.
• To communicate about your purchase, refunds, or the Service.
• To deliver personalized follow-up after a paid purchase using the contact method you provide.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.
• To improve the Service through aggregated statistics.

4. Our photo policy

Photos are optional. If you send photos through the site, email, or Instagram DM, they are used only to build your lookbook and answer your styling questions. They are not published, not used to train AI models, and not shared for any other purpose. You may request deletion of anything you sent at any time by emailing laxe0045@gmail.com. Only upload photos you own or have permission to use; do not upload photos of other people without their consent.

5. Content moderation

Submitted content is reviewed, and prohibited content (adult/explicit material, violence, hate speech, content involving minors, deepfakes or impersonation, and copyright-infringing material) is rejected. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list and how to report violations.

6. Sharing with service providers

• Payment processor: Waffo Pancake handles all payment card data as our merchant of record. Card data never touches our servers.
• Hosting and analytics: our site is served through Cloudflare, which processes basic connection data (such as IP address) for security and performance.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your details or photos to train AI models.
• We do not post or publicly display anything you submit.

8. Storage, security, and cross-border transfer

Your consultation details and photos are transmitted over encrypted connections and used only to build and deliver your lookbook. Our service providers (including Cloudflare) may store data on servers located outside the People's Republic of China, including in the United States and the European Union. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (including standard contractual clauses where applicable). We use access controls to protect the Service.

9. Retention and deletion

We keep consultation details and lookbooks only as long as needed to deliver the Service; you can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing laxe0045@gmail.com, and we will remove your details, lookbook, and any photos, except where we are legally required to keep records (for example, payment records, which are retained in accordance with tax and accounting obligations).

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these rights, email laxe0045@gmail.com; we will respond within 30 calendar days. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. Cookies and analytics

We may use analytics services that employ cookies or similar technologies to measure traffic and improve the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. We do not use advertising trackers.

12. Children

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
