1. Who we are

MaleCheck is an AI-powered style and grooming assessment service operated by Liang Zhixuan (梁智轩), an individual / sole trader operating under the laws of the People's Republic of China. We operate the website https://resumesolved.com ("the Service"). If you have questions about this policy, contact us at laxe0045@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• Assessment answers: the answers you provide in the style assessment (age range, body type, face shape, hair type, skin tone, style goal, and similar). These are used only to generate your personal report.
• Email address (optional): you may provide an email so we can send or retrieve your report. It is never required for the free assessment.
• Photos (photo mode, paid plan only): if you upgrade and choose photo mode, you may upload up to three photos so the AI can analyze your face shape, hair, skin tone, body type, and current style. Photos are used only for that purpose.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider, Waffo Pancake. We do not store your full card details.
• Basic usage data: we may use analytics to understand how the Service is used and to prevent abuse.

3. How we use your information

• To generate your personal style assessment and transformation plan.
• To communicate about your purchase, refunds, or the Service.
• To prevent fraud and abuse (for example, limiting free assessments per person).
• To improve the Service through aggregated statistics.

4. Our photo policy

Photo mode is optional and only available on the paid plan. If you choose to upload photos, they are used only to generate your personal report: they are not stored by us, not published, not used to train AI models, and not shared with third parties except the AI processing provider needed to operate the Service (and only for the moment of analysis). Photos are analyzed once and then discarded. Only upload photos you own or have permission to use; do not upload photos of other people without their consent. You may request deletion of anything you sent at any time by emailing laxe0045@gmail.com.

5. Content moderation

All assessment input is screened by automated content moderation, and prohibited content (adult/explicit material, violence, hate speech, content involving minors, deepfakes or impersonation, and copyright-infringing material) is rejected. 6. Sharing with service providers

• AI processing providers: your assessment answers and (in photo mode) photos are sent to the third-party AI model provider that powers the analysis (currently OpenAI, model GPT-4o-mini), only for the moment of processing.
• Payment processor: Waffo Pancake handles all payment card data as our merchant of record. Card data never touches our servers.
• Hosting and analytics: our site is served through Cloudflare, which processes basic connection data (such as IP address) for security and performance.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

7. What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your answers or photos to train AI models.
• We do not post or publicly display anything you submit.

8. Storage, security, and cross-border transfer

Your answers and photos are transmitted over encrypted connections and processed only long enough to generate your report; photos are discarded immediately after analysis. Our service providers (including Cloudflare and the AI processing provider) may store data on servers located outside the People's Republic of China, including in the United States and the European Union. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (including standard contractual clauses where applicable). We use rate limiting and access controls to protect the Service, and where we keep a counter to enforce the free-assessment limit, we store only a hashed identifier — never your answers.

9. Retention and deletion

We keep assessment answers and reports only long enough for you to view them; you can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing laxe0045@gmail.com, and we will remove your answers, report, and any photos, except where we are legally required to keep records (for example, payment records, which are retained in accordance with tax and accounting obligations).

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these rights, email laxe0045@gmail.com; we will respond within 30 calendar days. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. Cookies and analytics

We may use analytics services that employ cookies or similar technologies to measure traffic and improve the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. We do not use advertising trackers.

12. Children

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
